Customers may purchase up to 2.5 ounces of marijuana flower or mixed marijuana products from a cannabis store, including no more than 5 grams of marijuana concentrate.

What do I need to bring with me to make a purchase?

In order to buy recreational cannabis and cannabis-infused products in Maine from a pot shop, adults who are at least 21 years old must have a valid, unexpired government-issued ID as proof of identification. This includes identification such as a driver’s license or a passport. If you are purchasing cannabis products from our weed dispensary for medical purposes, you must have a medical marijuana card.

Is weed legal in Hollis, ME?

In Maine, state law makes medical and recreational use of marijuana legal for adults who are at least 21 years old. An adult also may possess all of the marijuana they’ve grown themselves. Maine law also states that an adult may consume marijuana only in a private residence or on private property, with violations of these laws punishable as a civil violation and a fine of up to $100.
