Acapulco Gold comes from Acapulco, Mexico, but the exact genetics of the strain are

unknown. Acapulco Gold is a Sativa-dominant hybrid known for the golden hue of its

green and/or brownish buds. Resin production is off the chart with this phenotype

As geographics go, this strain exhibits flavors native to Mexico. Plenty of citrus flavors

in the range of orange and sweet grapefruit with undertones of warm caramel. It has

a tendency to be a little harsh straight off the drying rack so be sure to let this strain

cure for a while to increase those depth of flavors and create a smoother smoking

experience.

Effects:

This old strain is said to produce a powerful cerebral high that raises one’s mood

without producing overpowering feelings of happiness. Instead, the cerebral high

mixes with a calming body high for a relaxing experience. Mild paranoia and anxiety
