• Pay by Bank is available as a payment option for any orders placed online for pickup at our Saratoga Springs store
• Follow the easy instructions to enroll in Pay by Bank
• Once you have enrolled, you will simply need to log-in to pay next time!

Step-by-step process for enrolling in Pay by Bank:

1. Navigate to our website, verify your age and select Saratoga Springs, NY
2. Click “Shop Pickup”
3. Browse menu and add products to cart
4. Click “Checkout”
5. If it is your first time placing a delivery order, you must sign-up for Pay by Bank
6. If it is not your first time placing a delivery order, sign-in to Pay by Bank using the email and password you set 
7. Place order and come on by! Pay by Bank will not charge your account until your order has been picked up.

Creating a Pay by Bank Account: 

1.Click “Pay by bank instantly” button

 

2. Enter your email address and push “Continue

 

3. Complete the form with your information

 

4. Click “Continue” to allow Dutchie to connect to your bank account. NO banking information will be saved and it will only be used to complete verified transactions.

5. Select your banking institution from the list. The majority of banks and credit unions should be available choices, however if you do not see your bank, please email support@dutchie.com 

6. Click “Continue” to allow dutchiePay to authenticate with your bank

7. Your bank’s sign in page will appear. Sign in with your login credentials for your online banking. DutchiePay will NOT store this information. 

8. Once the accounts are connected, select the account you would like to use for the transaction

9. You should see a message that your account has been successfully linked

10. Agree to the terms of service and click “Continue” to proceed with the transaction.
