SARATOGA SPRINGS — Silver Cannabis Company celebrated its grand opening as the first cannabis store in Saratoga Springs Friday with a ribbon cutting, vendor pop-ups and free tacos.
Owner Itorye Silver said she was excited to welcome people to the store.
“I feel like it was a long-time coming and I am so excited to be able to give these alternatives to our community and really serve a need,” she said.
The company is located in a 1,250-square-foot space inside an existing building at 75 Weibel Ave. Itorye Silver said her brother Josh Silver has been her mentor along the way. Josh Silver operates three locations in Massachusetts, two in Maine and one in Vermont.
