Regardless of whether your favorite team makes it to the Superbowl, we can all agree that the real star are the snacks! Enjoy these delicious, 21+ infused recipes from our Saratoga team featuring some of our favorite New York products!
Infused Guacamole
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 4 whole ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced
- 1 Nanticoke HiiStix (10mg or 50mg options – Dose how you please!)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the lime juice, onion, and salt. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, halve the avocados lengthwise and remove the pits. Using a spoon, scrape the flesh of the avocado into the bowl with the onion mixture. With a fork or potato masher, mash the avocados, making sure to leave it relatively chunky. Incorporate the Nanticoke HiiStix powder and stir.
- Add the tomatoes, cilantro, and jalapeño and stir together. Serve with tortilla chips and fresh veggies for dipping.
Bills Blueberry Lemonade
Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 4-8 Cans of ayrloom Lemonade
Instructions
- Mix blueberries, water, and sugar together using a whisk in a small saucepan over low heat until sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes. Increase heat to medium and bring a gentle boil, stirring often, until syrup is thickened, about 15 minutes.
- Whisk lemon juice into syrup; serve immediately or cool.
- Take 1 can of ayrloom Lemonade per person, pour into a pitcher with ice, and incorporate syrup. Serve chilled.
- Optional: To dose more accurately, open a can of ayrloom Lemonade, take a sip to make room, and incorporate a teaspoon of syrup and stir. Serve chilled.
Bills “Benevolent Bakery” Brownie Extravaganza
Ingredients
- 1 Box Benevolent Bakery Brownie Mix
- ½ cup of water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan
- Pour water into bowl and incorporate Benevolent Bakery Brownie Mix
- Stir for 2-3 minutes or until batter is smooth
- Spread the batter evenly into the pan
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted and removed with no residue
- Remove and cool to room temperature
Optional Peanut Butter Glaze:
- 4 teaspoons water
- ⅔ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- Incorporate ingredients together, pour over cooled brownies and serve.
