Customer Curbside Pickup Process

Silver Therapeutics is excited to offer curbside service at our Williamstown, MA dispensary location at 238 Main Street, Williamstown, MA 01267 starting on May 25th at 11am.

***Everyone in the vehicle must be over 21***

To place an order, please follow these steps:

  • Visit www.silver-therapeutics.com to place an order.
  • Click Order ahead in the top right corner.
  • Select your products, and click the blue cart option in the top right corner to review your shopping cart.
  • Review your cart and proceed to check out.
  • Enter your contact information, including name, birthday and phone number.
  • Select a time when you’d like to pick up your order. If times are grayed out, we’ve taken all the orders we can fulfill at that time. We appreciate your patience!
  • Our staff will confirm your order and notify you that it will be ready during your pick up window.
    • Note: you will not be able to text us back at that number, it is randomly generated by Dutchie (our online ordering service).
  • The text message sent to you will have one additional line of text that includes a link. It will now read:
    • “Your dutchie order from Silver Therapeutics is ready for pickup! When you’ve arrived, click here: https://dutchie.com/link”
  • The customer drives to the dispensary and upon arriving clicks the link in the text message.
  • Upon clicking the link, they’re taken to a mobile webpage that asks them for “Arrival information”. The message reads:
    • “Please enter your vehicle make, color and model. Thanks!”
  • The customer enters their information and clicks “Save”.
  • Next you’re taken to step 2, which allows you to click a big “I’m Here” button to notify the dispensary they’ve arrived. We also allow them to edit their arrival information if it’s changed.
  • After clicking the “I’m Here” button, the user will be shown a “Success” Message.
  • Our staff will be notified of the arrival and approach your vehicle to review your order with you, check your ID and process payment.
    • Everyone in the car must be 21+ with a valid ID
    • Cash payments will be processed at the door per state regulations.
  • They will then return to the store to grab your order to bring it to you, and then you’ll be on your way!
