Some quick notes

• Delivery will be offered between 10am-4pm Wednesday-Friday. 
• Available to locations within a 10 mile radius of the store (75 Weibel Ave Saratoga Springs, NY)
• Minimum order $85, $5 delivery fee. Delivery fee waived to a penny with orders of $95 or more. 
• You must use dutchiePay for delivery orders. 
• Valid ID must be presented at time of delivery, even if you uploaded a photo of it ahead of time.

Step-by-step process for placing a delivery order:

1. Navigate to our website, verify your age and select Saratoga Springs, NY
2. Click “Shop Delivery”
3. Browse menu and add products to cart
4. Click “Checkout”
5. If it is your first time placing a delivery order, you must sign-up for dutchiePay
6. If it is not your first time placing a delivery order, sign-in to dutchiePay using the email and password you set 
7. Follow the prompts to enter your address and delivery information including how you would like to be notified of delivery updates and your desired half hour block of delivery timing 
8. Place order, sit back, and relax! DutchiePay will not charge your account until your order has been delivered.

Creating a dutchiePay Account: 

1.Click “Pay with dutchiePay” button

 

2. Enter your email address and push “Continue

 

3. Complete the form with your information

 

4. Click “Continue” to allow Dutchie to connect to your bank account. NO banking information will be saved and it will only be used to complete verified transactions.

5. Select your banking institution from the list. The majority of banks and credit unions should be available choices, however if you do not see your bank, please email [email protected] 

6. Click “Continue” to allow dutchiePay to authenticate with your bank

7. Your bank’s sign in page will appear. Sign in with your login credentials for your online banking. DutchiePay will NOT store this information. 

8. Once the accounts are connected, select the account you would like to use for the transaction

9. You should see a message that your account has been successfully linked

10. Agree to the terms of service and click “Continue” to proceed with the transaction.
